Yealink has launched the MeetingBar A40 to deliver secure, streamlined and robust hybrid meetings.
Yealink, which says it was the first vendor to introduce Android-based all-in-one video bars, pitches the MeetingBar A40 as a premium option for small—to medium-sized rooms. It intends to offer advanced simplicity, performance, and security for hybrid conferences.
Yealink has highlighted that its new solution is driven by the projected growth of the global videoconferencing market, which is expected to reach a value of $20.02 billion by 2030. This market expansion, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 9.4 percent from 2024 to 2030, is detailed in a 2024 report by Grand View Research.
Yealink adds that a significant factor contributing to this growth is the rapid adoption of Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, which is a system favoured for its convenience and flexibility, particularly in small spaces. This encouraged the company to double down on offering premium Android video conferencing products like the A40.

The MeetingBar A40 aims to simplify deployment with its One-Cable Solution. A single Cat5e cable connects the bar to the touch console, handling both power and network connectivity. This eliminates the need for additional cables and ensures automatic sync upon signing in for a hassle-free start.
Additionally, an all-in-one USB-C cable connects the touch console to a user’s PC, managing 4K content sharing, BYOD, and power delivery, so there’s no need to juggle HDMI cables, VCH cords, or PD chargers.
Yealink points out that hybrid meetings can often leave remote participants feeling disconnected from those attending in person. The MeetingBar A40 aims to address this with its cutting-edge dual-camera system powered by AI. The ultra-wide view ensures every participant is visible, while the IntelliFocus feature dynamically adjusts to active speakers, contributing to a more inclusive and engaging meeting.
Additionally, the A40 tackles background noise challenges with its advanced AI-enhanced audio technology. Featuring an 8-MEMS beamforming microphone array, it captures voices from all directions with clarity. Coupled with full-duplex audio and powerful stereo speakers, the A40 seeks to deliver an immersive, crystal-clear audio experience.
Running on Android 13 and integrated with the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), the MeetingBar A40 intends to ensure robust security and future readiness. With features like Secure Boot, Hardware Attestation, Microsoft PKI, and Secure Pairing, it aims to provide comprehensive protection against potential threats.
Yealink Launches MVC S40 to Improve Hybrid Working Equity
In April, Yealink released the MVC S40 videoconferencing device, which includes advanced AI technology to help remote participants feel more included in hybrid meetings.
The MVC S40 aims to advance the Windows MVC series by enhancing hybrid meeting accessibility with an AI-powered dual-camera system, IntelliFocus, beamforming microphones, an advanced audio algorithm, stereo speakers, wireless connectivity, and integration with other meeting applications.
