Biamp has announced that its complete portfolio of medium and large room conferencing bundles has received Microsoft Teams Rooms certifications.

The certifications include eight conferencing bundles and five audio processors, such as the advanced TesiraFORTÉ and Devio models. These bundles intend to provide businesses with a comprehensive solution for high-quality audio in medium and large conferencing spaces.

Biamp says they feature industry-leading AI noise reduction to eliminate distracting background noises, and Biamp Launch automatically deploys and optimises conference room audio with a single touch.

All five models of Biamp TesiraFORTÉ X and Devio SCX audio processors—the TesiraFORTÉ X 400, 800, and 1600, as well as the Devio SCX 400 and 800—are now certified for Microsoft Teams. Biamp says these processors can be used with Parlé Beamtracking ceiling or tabletop microphones, providing multiple AEC channels for enhanced flexibility and customisation in medium and large conference spaces.

Biamp’s medium and large room conferencing bundles feature either a TesiraFORTÉ X 400 or a Devio SCX 400 processor, along with Parlé Beamtracking microphones. These microphones, available in tabletop or ceiling models, track conversations from around the room, making remote participants feel as present as those in person.

Biamp adds that the bundles include Desono C-IC6 ceiling loudspeakers, Biamp’s PoE-powered amplifiers, and all necessary mounting accessories and category cabling to complete the installation in medium or large meeting spaces.

Biamp emphasises that the newly certified Microsoft Teams bundles provide customers with a comprehensive Biamp solution. This includes integrated Acoustic Echo Cancellation and advanced AI noise reduction to eliminate distracting sounds.

Additionally, the business says Biamp Launch automates system deployment and configuration by identifying and configuring every device in the system, performing a tuning cycle, measuring the room’s acoustic characteristics, and applying recommended signal processing, echo cancellation, speaker tuning, noise reduction, and Zoom Rooms settings. It then generates a dashboard that highlights performance settings before and after optimisation.

Biamp asserts that installers also benefit from its innovation, which extends beyond superior audio. This includes minimal cable requirements with zero termination, zero network setup, automated EQ, and more. Biamp bundles are designed for plug-and-play installation, aiming to produce time savings for integrators and a consistent, high-quality audio experience for users across all conferencing spaces within a building.
