DTEN has unveiled several new collaboration service configurations for seamless hybrid meeting experiences.
The collaboration tech vendor has illustrated new recommended product configurations for Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms users in Medium and Large meeting spaces leveraging DTEN’s portfolio.
Scott Krueckeberg, Head of Strategic Alliances at DTEN, commented:
We are excited to present DTEN’s new product configurations for medium and large rooms. These solutions have been thoughtfully designed to bring an exceptional DTEN meeting experience to Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms. With our powerful portfolio, DTEN remains a leader in hybrid work solutions, offering our customers a single brand to cover all room solutions and use cases.”
DTEN outlines that customers can opt for the DTEN D7X, an all-in-one video meeting board solution, or choose the DTEN Bar for the flexibility to transform any initially small space into a video-enabled meeting room.
Both configurations are designed to scale seamlessly for medium and large meeting rooms with the addition of the DTEN Vue and Vue Pro camera systems, the DTEN Mate room controller, and support for third-party audio solutions.
DTEN’s solutions for small and medium-sized meeting rooms are now available, and expanded configurations designed for medium and large rooms will launch in January 2025.
More Information On The New Configurations
For IT teams, DTEN adds that DTEN Orbit, a cloud-based device monitoring and management platform, enhances the new product configurations. DTEN Orbit seeks to simplify customer service and IT support while offering end-to-end device management. The company stresses that Orbit’s evolving feature set delivers added value, including support for third-party audio systems and SIP integrations.
DTEN emphasises that from the start, the DTEN D7X board and DTEN Bar were designed with extensibility and scalability in mind, intending to adapt to any meeting space. DTEN invites customers to start with a core system—either the D7X board or DTEN Bar—and enhance it with additional camera and audio systems to suit the specific needs of their meeting environment.
DTEN outlines that its proprietary AI tech integrates and processes inputs from multiple cameras and microphones in the room, aspiring to ensure a scalable, enterprise-centric, advanced meeting experience.
What Major DTEN News Occurred In 2024?
In June, DTEN announced that its DTEN Bar and DTEN Mate video conferencing solutions were certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms.
DTEN suggests that the certification of the DTEN Bar for Microsoft Teams Rooms represents a significant advancement for users, allowing them to fully leverage the capabilities of this all-in-one solution for small meeting rooms. The DTEN Bar, an integrated video conferencing system, pairs smoothly with the DTEN Mate to elevate the standard of video conferencing hardware for small spaces, providing a sophisticated and streamlined meeting experience.
Meanwhile, in April, DTEN announced that its flagship all-in-one video collaboration solution, the D7X series, had launched in South Korea.
The DTEN D7X series officially launched in South Korea following its successful compliance with the stringent certification requirements of Korea’s Radio Waves Act and the Korea Communications Commission Certification. DTEN stressed the milestone underscores DTEN’s dedication to regulatory adherence and its commitment to delivering products that meet the highest quality and safety standards.
