ATSG and Evolve IP have announced a new executive team, led by CEO Russ Reeder, to supercharge the combined company’s growth and fulfil its stated ambition of becoming the “leading MSP platform”.
The announcement follows the recent merger between ATSG, a managed services and digital transformation leader, and Evolve IP, a provider of cloud-based comms, virtual desktops, and unified workforce solutions. By combining their expertise, the two companies affirm their aspiration to redefine the managed services space with a thorough portfolio of secure, scalable, and customer-focused IT solutions.
Reeder commented:
Our vision is to be the leading MSP platform—empowering our customers with unmatched IT capabilities that address their critical needs for efficiency, security, and growth. By merging the unique strengths of ATSG and Evolve IP management team, we’re set to redefine excellence in the managed services market.”
ATSG and Evolve outline that Reeder brings three decades of experience, ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies like Oracle. The combined company highlights Reed’s purpose-driven leadership by illustrating a proven track record of building high-performance teams, crafting effective go-to-market strategies, and scaling organisations for growth.
In addition to his executive roles, Reeder has served on multiple boards and is widely respected as a trusted thought leader in the industry.
ATSG acquired Evolve in October. Both companies anticipate that the combined entity will generate over $230 million in revenue while serving over 950,000 end-users across 1,700 global customers. Most of this revenue is expected to come from monthly recurring revenue tied to long-term contracts, ensuring financial stability and predictable growth.
ATSG intends to integrate solutions from both companies into a unified, more robust managed services portfolio designed to benefit mid-sized and enterprise customers. Both ATSG and Evolve IP emphasise that their complementary service offerings will enhance the combined entity’s ability to deliver greater value, efficiency, and innovation to their customers.
“When you combine ATSG’s track record in managed services with Evolve IP’s expertise in cloud-based communications, you create a powerful engine for growth,” said Walt Walker, Chief Revenue Officer. “This merger broadens opportunities for our clients and partners, positioning them to thrive in an evolving digital landscape.”
