This enhances the experience for virtual participants by making it easier to identify who is in the room, fostering a more connected and seamless meeting environment. Admins can enable the feature through settings, and participants have the option to manually add their name tags or opt-in for automatic recognition during meetings.

Zoom Smart Name Tags enable name tags to be applied to participants in a Zoom Rooms meeting, enhancing meeting productivity and inclusivity. Both automatic and manual name tags can be edited directly through the Zoom Rooms controller.

Meanwhile, Zoom Smart Name Tags for Voice highlight speakers in a Zoom Rooms meeting, offering valuable attribution for features such as captions, transcripts, and meeting summaries. This enhancement not only boosts productivity but also fosters inclusivity by helping participants easily identify who is speaking. Both automatic and manual name tags can be edited during the meeting via the Zoom Rooms controller.
