Zoom intends to empower its partners’ post-sales service capabilities with the Zoom Up Services Program.

Zoom is introducing the next evolution of its Up Partner Program, which aims to enhance partner capabilities in delivering high-quality post-sales services. The program is designed to enable partners to offer specialised support across solution deployment, customer success, technical assistance, and managed services, ensuring comprehensive support for customers across the Zoom platform.

“This new program marks a pivotal step in Zoom’s evolution of becoming a more partner-centric company,” said Nick Tidd, Head of Global Channel GTM at Zoom.

This program will empower our partners to scale their Zoom Services practice by unlocking new revenue streams, creating differentiation in the market, and allowing partners to deliver exceptional solutions and support to their customers. This underscores Zoom’s commitment to partners, and I look forward to our continued joint success.”

The initial phase of the services program is now live worldwide with early adopters, and Zoom plans to expand its scope through a phased rollout that will extend through FY26.

More Information On Zoom Up Services Program

The services program is designed to provide specialised enablement and hands-on training, helping partners unlock new revenue opportunities and drive success at scale.

Partners can engage with the program through three distinct service models. The first, Reseller or Referral, follows Zoom’s existing approach, allowing any Zoom Up Partner to continue reselling or referring Zoom-branded services. This model intends to maintain the flexibility for partners to leverage Zoom’s established offerings without extra certification requirements.

The second model, Certified Services, enables partners to deliver their own branded services to customers, with endorsement from Zoom. This option is available to all qualifying partner types, provided they successfully complete the required accreditations and training. By achieving certification, partners can enhance their credibility and expand their service capabilities.

Zoom outlines that the most advanced model, Partner-Delivered Programs, empowers Certified Partners to offer differentiated and advanced post-sales services in collaboration with Zoom. Partners must meet proficiency standards and demonstrate the necessary resources, scale, and performance commitments to qualify. This model is built for partners seeking to deepen their engagement with Zoom and provide a higher level of service to customers.
