Spearline Launches Voice Assure on the AWS Marketplace

“Our new integration will allow AWS (Amazon Web Services) Marketplace customers to purchase Voice Assure Realtime through the Marketplace. And Voice Assure Realtime lets customers generate test calls on-demand to verify that their inbound toll-free and toll services perform strongly,” Lorraine Kelleher, Partner Relationship Specialist at Spearline, said in a recent interview with UC Today.

Kelleher continued, saying that customers can use Voice Assure to see if their outbound dialling supports their business and customer needs with the solution now available on the AWS marketplace. Voice Assure can even confirm that any issues detected will get resolved. Such an offering could extend competitive advantages to organizations hoping to take a customer experience (CX)-centric approach, which is why Kelleher said:

“Many users leverage cloud telephony, combine cloud telephony with bring-your-own-telephony – and use advanced call routing through cloud contact center and other applications. Therefore they must have a monitoring system which is capable of testing each of these arrangements”

Spearline’s Voice Assure Realtime offering is now accessible through the AWS Marketplace via a tiered pricing structure. It does not require users to go through the vendor approval processes. This, in turn, could speed up the time it takes for an organization to deploy the solution. AWS customers receive a single invoice from AWS for all the products purchased on the Marketplace, which Kelleher said means reduced complications that usually come from managing multiple vendors and supplier relationships as well as invoices.

“Customers can continue testing in excess of those volumes if they wish thanks to built-in overage, which charges at a per-unit rate,” Kelleher added.

Kelleher said Spearline’s goal is to help organizations that build on AWS architecture to achieve what she called strong communication with their customers. Kelleher pointed out that the entire rollout on AWS Marketplace is a significant one and an experience geared at enhancing CX for AWS users.

She told me, as an AWS Partner, Spearline provides an enhanced solution designed to give businesses access to the tools they need to ‘ease the entire customer journey’, on a single integrated platform. That experience, she added, reduces friction and boosts productivity.

As AWS grows in user-adoption, more enterprises choose to place their technology on the AWS Marketplace, extending access to a broader audience. The cloud is also increasingly popular as the pandemic persists, making the move a wise one for those hoping to flourish during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Last year, Avaya joined the Spearline community. The UC giant tapped Spearline to monitor the connection and audio quality of its fleet of Avaya OneCloud UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS offerings.

Also making news, for the seventh consecutive year, Spearline ranked in the top half of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland. The tech company ranked on 2020’s Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list. Companies that rank meet several criteria, including an upward trend in their average revenue over four years.
