AudioCodes

EPOS

The Microsoft Teams meeting rooms from Biamp integrate naturally with the Teams ecosystem and come with convenient control tools for presentations and conferencing sessions. The audio-focused solutions feature echo cancellation technologies, beam-tracking microphones, and mute synchronisation, to help keep everyone on the same page.  

Bose 

Well-known in the audio landscape, Bose produces a variety of audio tools for both consumers and enterprise companies alike. Bose is part of the Microsoft partner network and as such, provides various solutions for natural, interactive meetings. The Bose VideoBar VB1 combines proprietary Bose audio technology with HD video streaming to support small, large, and mid-sized rooms.  

The company also offers the Bose Videobar VB-S, which includes the same all-in-one functionality with remote management technology, a low-profile design, and a 4K ultra-HD camera. Integrated room solutions are also available, with certification for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other UC solutions. These tools combine technology from Bose and Sennheiser.  

Creston 

Offering a selection of accessories, audio tools, and control hardware and software systems for meeting rooms, Creston provides plenty of tools to businesses investing in Microsoft Teams Rooms spaces. The company has a collection of Microsoft Teams-certified panels, which support advanced room scheduling and management for conferencing and presentation sessions.  

The Crestron Flex portfolio of tools also offers companies access to a range of video and audio bars, microphones, and camera solutions to suit different needs. The Jabra Panacast series of devices includes plug-and-play technology for various meeting room requirements and sizes. The company recently introduced a new complete kit in the form of the PanaCast 50 video bar system, with 180-degree 4K video.  

Certified for Microsoft Teams, Jabra’s devices combine professional-grade audio with powerful video capabilities and a range of software solutions. The Virtual Director technology built into the ecosystem allows business leaders to monitor and control devices remotely. Additionally, the technology can support real-time whiteboard content camera streams.  

Lenovo 

Lenovo’s portfolio of hardware solutions includes everything from video bars to screens, microphones, and all-in-one toolkits. With integrated support for Microsoft Teams, the toolkits allow companies to set up and manage meeting rooms remotely or in-person quickly. Recently, the company announced a new collection of ThinkSmart collaboration devices, which address the needs of multiple companies with different meeting room sizes.  

Alongside HD video streaming and professional quality audio, the Lenovo collection also comes with ThinkShield, for integrated security, privacy, and compliance controls. Companies accessing the Lenovo portfolio can also leverage IT support, managed services, consulting and guidance from Lenovo’s technology team.  

Logitech 

With a long-standing partnership with Microsoft, Logitech has designed numerous meeting room solutions designed for the personal office, focus room, Thinktank, and training space. Solutions like the Logitech Brio and Logitech Dock technologies offer access to all-in-one toolkits for video, audio, and team management. Logitech’s tools also come with access to intelligent tools for adjusting light, contrast, and video quality during meetings.  

Logitech’s portfolio of meeting room solutions comes with various accessories which can be introduced to extend functionality. Scribe allows for collecting data from traditional whiteboards for use in collaborative sessions. There’s also the Tap scheduler tool for managing meeting room access throughout the business.  

Neat 

Supporting both Microsoft Teams and Zoom meeting rooms, Neat’s collection of hardware solutions combines video, audio, and microphone technology into a plug-and-play system. Tools like the Neat Bar offer access to 120-degree field of view from a wide-angle camera, 12MP capture resolution and up to 8 times digital zoom. There are also built-in microphone arrays, opposing drivers for audio, and sensors for monitoring light, orientation, and air quality.  

In Neat’s Microsoft Teams Meeting Room kits, business leaders will also access the Neat Pad, a streamlined tool for managing meeting rooms and scheduling conferences. The solution has a built-in HD touch-screen and support for wireless content sharing.  

Realwear 

Realwear takes an interesting approach to the Microsoft Teams meeting room environment by introducing the opportunity for companies to leverage extended reality tools. Realwear headsets allow users to keep their hands free during meetings with a head-mounted device which can capture and share video and audio in real time.  

The technology available from Realwear comes with speech recognition technology built-in, so users can set up and engage with meeting environments without using a keyboard or mouse. The technology is currently only available in preview but allows users to make video calls and connect with conferencing schedules in seconds.  

Samsung 

Working in collaboration with Logitech, Samsung allows companies to set up comprehensive meeting rooms for Microsoft Teams, with screens, audio, and video control. The Samsung meeting room solutions connect video displays to the Logitech Rally Plus ecosystem, which supports HD video streaming and content capture, as well as a range of microphone configurations.  

The meeting room solutions are certified to work with Microsoft Teams and come in various formats to suit different industry requirements. Companies can choose between UHD resolution screens and interactive solutions for real-time content sharing, digital whiteboarding, and additional functionality.  

Sennheiser 

Invested in a global alliance partnership with Microsoft, Sennheiser has various Microsoft-certified products on offer for the meeting room environment. The company’s Team Connect Ceiling 2 microphone is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and can be deployed alongside a range of video and audio solutions for hybrid conferencing conversations.  

Recently, Sennheiser also updated its portfolio with the introduction of the TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker, designed for mid-sized rooms featuring up to 10 people. Sennheiser’s solutions focus on the audio aspect of Microsoft meeting rooms to create crisp and clear voice quality. They can integrate with various other leading video devices.  

Shure 

A well-known conferencing and meeting room hardware manufacturer, Shure has a long-standing relationship with Microsoft and Teams. The Microsoft Teams room kit offered by the Shure brand is the “Shure Audio Experience”, which comes with access to an IntelliMix room system, for managing audio and content sharing, with clear sound reproduction.  

Shure’s technology includes steerable coverage technology and ruggedized industrial design to suit various use cases. Additionally, the audio technologies provided by Shure come with built-in audio encryption to improve privacy and security. The solutions can be deployed in a range of meeting room environments, with solutions for different-sized spaces.  

Yamaha 

Providing various tools for the unified communication and collaboration space, Yamaha’s portfolio of hardware solutions covers a range of different systems. Companies can access comprehensive speakerphones, video collaboration bars, microphone systems, and processers for remote conferencing. Through a partnership with Microsoft, Yamaha has produced various certified solutions under the ADECIA brand name.  

ADECIA solutions include plug-and-play meeting room kits for audio management and control, with easy integrations to existing hardware and software tools. The kits are often used alongside ThinkSmart controllers and AVer cameras for end-to-end meeting room functionality. However, they can also be unified with various other tools.  

Yealink 

Yealink is a well-known company in the AV space with solutions for video, audio, and content sharing. The company’s Microsoft Teams meeting room kit is intended for mid-sized meeting rooms and can be expanded with additional tools for larger conferencing systems. Yealink’s devices include everything from the MVC collection of camera and audio systems to the Yealink MeetingBars for plug-and-play conference functionality.  

Alongside a simplified one-cable form factor, Yealink’s tools include premium audio and video capabilities, with AI-powered software already built-in. The technology also comes with access to the Yealink device management platform, where users can monitor meeting room health, update firmware, and control devices remotely.
