Enterprise Connect is returning in March as the unified communications and customer experiences spaces continue to adapt to hybrid work.
The event is scheduled to take place from March 25-28, 2024, at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL.
Enterprise Connect has been a vital event for over three decades, facilitating the convergence of corporate IT decision-makers, industry vendors, analysts, consultants, and channel partners.
The conference spans three days of a sponsor expo and four days of the conference program, offering a comprehensive overview of the latest systems, software, services, and applications within the enterprise communications and customer experience domain.
The event will feature keynotes from industry leaders like Microsoft, Cisco, and Zoom.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Herskowitz is an active leader responsible for leading Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Mesh, and Microsoft 365 Platform product marketing.
Javed Khan, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Collaboration at Cisco, will also speak on the Tuesday. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise and consumer product leadership, Khan is committed to providing exceptional collaboration experiences that drive the future of work. He is responsible for the multi-billion-dollar business, including the award-winning Webex product portfolio, such as Cisco Collaboration Devices, the Webex Suite, Webex Contact Center, Webex Connect, and Webex Events.
Smita Hashim, Chief Product Officer at Zoom, will deliver a keynote speech on Wednesday, March 27th. With over 20 years of experience in product management at Google and Microsoft, Hashim is responsible for leading Zoom’s product management.
Enterprise Connect 2024 aims to enhance the learning experience with 16 breakout and main-stage sessions led by over 20 IT decision-makers from major enterprises, including Delta Air Lines, Experian, EY, Cushman & Wakefield, and Cargill.
These sessions will delve into crucial aspects of enterprise communications and customer experience technologies, covering topics like AI in the contact center, videoconference meeting rooms, and end-user experience.
The conference will also host a Best of Enterprise Connect award program, recognizing excellence and innovation from technology providers in categories such as customer experience, meetings/conferences, systems management, and the most innovative use of AI.
